Detailed description of Creekview Golf Club
Creekview Golf Club is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Crandall, Texas, only 20 minutes from Dallas.
Creekview Golf Club opened in 1995. The course was designed by Colorado golf course architect Dick Phelps.
Phelps is known for creating courses that are user-friendly to golfers and for drawing designs that are environmentally friendly. Many of the courses he has designed are in Colorado, but he has laid out fairways in more than 15 other states, including Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, North Dakota and Nebraska. At Creekview, you have the chance to find out what Phelps' work is all about.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 7,238 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,459 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 598 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 9, a par-3 that plays to 177 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 12, a 458 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Creekview Golf Club is # 9, a 177 yard par-3.

The Champions burmuda took a hit last winter but are back strong with warm weather. Greens roll true. ten of us went out and had a great time. We will be back its well worth the drive. took about 25 mins south east of down town dallas.

I have played this course 25+ times over the last 4 years. The greens have been up and down but are usually much better than other public courses. Management has apparently changed several times. Bunkers are a joke they should just fill them in. The senior rate was recently changed to apply to 60 rather than 55 which increased the fees from 31 to 45 dollars. Now not worth the drive from Dallas. Too bad.

I really enjoy playing this course. Great layout and nice staff. I play it probably 20 times a year.

New Pro Staff very friendly and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The course was busy that day, but the experience was great overall. Fairways are just coming in and look good, but the ball does not setup as well as some plush fairways. The greens rolled true and stuck with high shots. Overall a great value versus other courses in the area.

I live 5 minutes from the course but would drive much farther. The staff are great and the price can't be beat. The fairways are a work in progress but the ownership is working to improve the course every single day. It's a great value with plenty of challenging golf. My wife and I play at least once a week.
